It takes just five simple steps. In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete and a confirmation of submission will be emailed to you. Note: When you review your financial statement, there will be two entries pertaining to this transaction. The first entry will be labeled 'NORTH CASTLEUTIL' and the second will be 'UTILWEBFEE.' The website shuts down every Thursday morning from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM Eastern time for any routine maintenance.
